Businesses, social media influencers, and houses of worship that would like an easy solution to air simultaneously on multiple streaming platforms can do so via the black Multi-Camera Remote Production Package from DataVideo. This plug-and-play livestreaming system is designed to smooth out choppy connections and includes three PTC-140 PTZ cameras, an RMC-300A remote controller, a pair of BB-1 DHCP servers, and a year subscription to the dvCloud SRT cloud-based distribution platform.
This package allows remote control of the cameras, then uploads to the cloud-based hub of the streaming service via SRT, helping to ensure smooth playback and avoid buffering delays, even if you're uploading from an unreliable network. From there, your feed can be distributed simultaneously to 25 platforms like YouTube, Facebook, or other RTMP livestreaming websites.
Also required are routers and switches at both the remote site and live venue, and Ethernet cables to link all devices at each site.
Add a high-resolution PTZ camera to your conference room, education setting, live event, house of worship, or remote video conference with this black HD/SD-SDI and HDMI PTZ Camera with 20x Optical Zoom from Datavideo. The camera features remote pan, tilt, and zoom control via a remote control or via IP and serial protocols, and its built-in zoom lens offers an optical zoom range of 20x with a 10x digital zoom to view just about any angle in your setting. The camera supports frame rates and resolutions up to 1080p60, allowing you to utilize high-quality video for your broadcasts and internet streams. The camera sends video over its HDMI and/or SD/HD-SDI ports to compatible HDMI or SDI video converters, switchers, recorders, or other devices. It can also live stream video via the LAN Ethernet port.
With 255 programmable preset positions, you can set the camera to rapidly move between positions using a variety of protocols including DVIP over your LAN, RS-232 using an optional serial controller, or IR control using the included IR remote. The camera compresses using the common, high-quality H.264 and H.265 protocols for streaming over your LAN, and you can simultaneously encode two live video streams using standard RTSP or RTMP protocols that are compatible with a variety of Internet streaming sites. The camera also supports external audio input via its 3.5mm stereo line-level input, and you can mount the camera via the 1/4"-20 threaded mounting thread. There is a red/green tally light on the camera so your room will know whether the camera is on or off.
The camera includes a ceiling mount kit, and you can utilize the separately available WM-1 wall mount kit if you prefer to mount the camera on a wall. In addition to a power supply, safety cable, and UV filter to protect the lens, the camera includes serial cables to get your started.
Well suited for EFP as well as house of worship, education, and corporate productions, the Datavideo Universal Remote Control Panel for PTZ and block cameras is a lightweight, portable control panel that is big on features. The back panel features 8 x RJ45 connectors that support RS-422 to control your compatible PTZ cameras (up to 8); an additional RJ45 connector supports DVIP protocol and allows you to control up to 24 cameras/devices (optional network router required). A D-sub 15-pin female connector outputs tally signals to connected cameras—red indicates On-air and Green indicates next camera source. A USB 2.0 port for firmware upgrades as well as a power switch and power connector complement the controler's back panel.
The RMC-300A features an integrated 5" touchscreen for setup, control, and data input using a keyboard mode. The panel also features a transition scroll wheel and push buttons for dedicated functions such as shutter, iris, focus, and gain for camera control as well as switcher functions such as cut and mix/wipe. Standard camera tools including a zoom knob and pan/tilt joystick are built into the panel. You can create up to 7 presets for each connected camera and easily trigger them via the built-in programable preset buttons.
The panel buttons are color illuminated and a slider control lets you adjust the brightness. The unit ships with a 12 VDC power adapter.
Controlling PTZ cameras over the web is made simple with the dvCloud Remote Device Control Kit with Two BB-1 Remote Controllers from DataVideo.
